This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.On our team, we are adaptable, trustworthy, persistent, professional, collaborative, and creative. Relocation provided
Travel expected up to 10% of the time
Shifts available: All Shifts
A shift Mon-Thurs 5am-3:30pm
B shift Mon-Thurs 3pm-1:30am
C shift Fri-Sun 5am-5:30pm
Interviews will include a technical assessment
Multiple positions available
Assembly build's.
Replacement of electrical wire harnesses and instrumentation.
Assembling and disassembling engine components.
Complex mechanical assembly.
Crane rigging and lifting operations.
Assist engineers in reviewing design concepts, providing feedback for improvements.
Familiarity with working with assembly fixture tooling
Review and follow written work instructions for complex mechanical installations.
Innovate and improve processes to increase the efficiency of operations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, supporting all shifts/OT, as necessary, to support business needs.
Training will start on day shift and will potentially last several months.

2+ years’ experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or related fields.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics.
Ability to read, understand, and use technical manuals and detailed work instructions.
Experience and comfort level working in both research and flight environments.
Knowledge and experience with personal protective equipment
Mechanical aptitude and ability to utilize hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
Use of precision measuring instruments and attention to detail
Familiarity with hydrostatic, hydraulic, and pneumatic testing.
Experience with thread insert installation and thread tapping tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as be a self-starter.
Able to climb ladders, stairs, and work in small, restricted spaces.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to gain U.S. Space Force DBIDS access credentials.
A&P license or equivalent experience in integration and test of flight systems and structures.
2+ years of experience in launch vehicle, propulsion system assembly, vehicle integration, or aircraft assembly and maintenance.
Experience operating heavy-lifting equipment, such as cranes and forklifts, around flight-critical hardware.
