Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity’s future in space. As Sr. Business Operations Program Manager (PM), Talent Acquisition, you will own the operating cadence, inspection mechanisms, and business insights that drive productivity, accountability, and hiring excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization.

This role serves as the single-threaded owner of TA’s Rhythm of the Business (ROTB)—establishing, running, and continuously improving Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), performance dashboards, and executive reporting. You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Workforce Planning, HR, and Recruiting Operations to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to make better decisions.

By deeply analyzing data, identifying trends and root causes, and translating insights into action, you will drive measurable improvements in recruiter productivity, hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. This role demands strong business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence change across a complex, fast-moving organization.

  • Establish standardized cadences, templates, metrics, and narratives to drive consistency and clarity across TA

  • Partner with TA leaders to ensure business reviews focus on inspection, accountability, and decision-making, not just reporting

§ 02INSPECTION MECHANISMS & PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
  • Build and maintain inspection mechanisms that surface risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities across the hiring lifecycle

  • Define performance indicators for recruiter productivity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction

  • Ensure metrics are clearly tied to outcomes, behaviors, and business impact

§ 03DATA, INSIGHTS & STORYTELLING
  • Dive deeply into TA data to identify trends, root causes, and leading indicators

  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations, lead action across the organization

  • Partner with Analytics and TA Ops to ensure data integrity, automation, and scalability of reporting

§ 04CHANGE LEADERSHIP & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
  • Drive action based on insights by partnering with functional leaders to define corrective actions, experiments, and improvements

  • Track progress against commitments and follow through on outcomes

  • Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement, operational discipline, and a high-performance TA culture

§ 05CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
  • Partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Data teams, HR, Tech, Operations, and Workforce Planning teams to drive synergy in operational excellence

  • Align TA execution with broader company goals, headcount plans, and operational priorities

§ 06MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Operations, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field

  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or analytics-driven roles within Talent Acquisition, HR, or a complex enterprise environment

  • Demonstrated experience owning and operating Rhythm of the Business mechanisms (e.g., WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, operating reviews, executive reporting)

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into data, identify trends and root causes, and translate insights into clear actions

  • Experience defining and tracking operational KPIs tied to productivity, performance, and business outcomes

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and senior leaders without direct authority

  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences

§ 07PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
