  • Drill precision holes using power feed, track, and hand drills; maintain strict quality tolerances and proper angularity across aluminum, titanium, Inconel, and composite materials.

  • Prepare and treat surfaces for assembly and finishing, including cleaning, part marking, and application of sealants, adhesives, paints, and primers.

  • Fixture and secure components using jigs and specialized tooling to ensure accurate alignment during assembly.

  • Operate calibrated tools and measurement devices—such as torque wrenches, micrometers, and calipers—to maintain quality and safety standards.

  • Inspect assemblies, identify discrepancies, and execute repairs or modifications as required.

  • Proactively support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized work area in accordance with 5S principles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve technical challenges.

  • Manage handling and integration of both flight and non-flight hardware throughout the production lifecycle.

  • Document work performed and communicate promptly with engineering and quality teams.
