Working Student IT Helpdesk (m/f/d)

We move fast, build rockets, and need IT that works. This is an on-site role at our new HQ in Parsdorf. As Working Student IT Helpdesk, you will be the hands-on all-rounder who helps keep our office and shop floor running: laptops, accounts, accessories, printers, meeting rooms, shop floor devices, and whatever blocks people from getting work done.

This is not a ticket-forwarding role. You go where the problem is, fix what you can, and make sure our teams have the tools they need to execute.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Set up laptops, accounts, phones, peripherals, and standard workplace equipment.
• Support users directly in the office and on the shop floor - fast, practical, hands-on.
• Troubleshoot common IT issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, meeting rooms, networks, and shop floor devices.
• Prepare, hand out, collect, and maintain IT equipment.
• Document simple fixes, recurring issues, and hardware inventory cleanly.
• Help the IT team improve basic processes instead of repeating the same manual work forever.

• Currently enrolled as a student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on IT experience and the willingness to fix things, instead of just talking about them.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware setup, networks, and common workplace IT issues.
• Comfortable walking across office, production, and test areas to solve problems where they happen.
• Structured, reliable, service-minded, pragmatic, and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
